Is SnapDog really free?
Yes — the web app is completely free, no account required. For high-volume API use we offer a Pro plan at $19/month and a Business plan at $79/month, with priority queue, higher limits and webhooks.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is built for indies, agencies and serious projects: 2,000 captures/day, 20 API keys, 30-day retention and a priority queue. Business is for high-volume teams and platforms: 20,000 captures/day, 100 API keys, 90-day retention, the highest queue priority, priority email support within 24h and 24/7 monitoring.
Can I switch plans or change billing interval at any time?
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro or Business via Checkout. To switch between Pro and Business, change the billing interval (monthly ↔ annual), or cancel your subscription, open the Stripe customer portal from your dashboard. Changes are prorated automatically.
What viewports do you capture?
Every capture produces four screenshots: Desktop (1440 px), Tablet Landscape (1112 px), Tablet Portrait (834 px) and Mobile (390 px).
Do you block ads and cookie banners?
Yes. Our built-in ad blocker uses 100 000+ filter rules to remove ads, trackers and cookie consent dialogs automatically.
What resolution are the screenshots?
All screenshots are captured at Retina 2x resolution for sharp, pixel-perfect results on any display.
